ParcelDeck Privacy Policy
ParcelDeck provides parcel-shop workflow tools. This policy explains what information is processed when a shop creates and uses an account.
Who operates ParcelDeck

Information we process
We process shop and account information such as names, email addresses, account roles and subscription status. Shops may enter parcel references, customer names, courier names, storage locations and operational notes.
Why we process it
The information is used to provide the ParcelDeck service, keep each shop workspace separate, secure accounts, maintain parcel history, provide customer support and administer trials or subscriptions.
Shop responsibility
Each shop is responsible for entering only information needed for parcel handling and for giving access only to authorised employees. Shops should avoid entering sensitive personal information in free-text notes.
Storage and retention
Operational data remains in the shop workspace while the account exists. An expired subscription blocks access but does not automatically erase data. Managers may export a backup and may permanently delete their shop workspace from Settings.
Workspace deletion removes active shop records and support messages reliably linked to the shop. Historical backups are governed by separately managed retention; deletion does not erase them immediately. External payment, email and hosting-provider records and downloaded exports are outside the workspace deletion process. Legacy or anonymous support messages without a verified shop link require manual review. Limited keyed trial-abuse fingerprints and short-lived security counters are retained to prevent abuse; trial fingerprints do not contain plaintext email addresses but are pseudonymous records.
Sharing
ParcelDeck does not sell customer information. Data may be processed by hosting, payment and email providers only as needed to operate the service.
Your rights
Users may request access, correction or deletion of their account information. Shop managers can manage staff accounts, export shop data and delete the shop workspace.
Optional website analytics
When website analytics is enabled, we ask for your consent before loading Google Analytics or setting its cookies. Analytics measures public website visits, campaign sources, public page and section views, and a generic account-created event. We do not send account names, email addresses, shop identifiers, customer names, parcel details or barcodes to Google Analytics, and ordinary authenticated application pages are not tracked.
Google receives browser and device information, pseudonymous cookie identifiers and network information when analytics is accepted. Only reviewed campaign labels are included in page URLs; other URL parameters and referrer paths are removed. You can decline without affecting the service or change your choice using Analytics preferences on the public website. The consent choice is remembered for six months.
