Customer emails and return reminders
Manage parcel email messages from one place in Settings.
A customer email overview links to the shop profile, contacts, change history and schedule with previews.
For eligible new parcels with a saved email, a pickup email is scheduled after 30 minutes and one reminder 24 hours before the saved return deadline, while the parcel remains in store. Reminders whose scheduled instant has already passed are skipped. Existing parcels are never enrolled by saving contacts or changing settings.
Download an optional bilingual A6 paper opt-in form or an A4 sheet with four copies. A manager enters the details manually; the form does not enroll anyone automatically.
Easier reviews and parcel notes
Small improvements for everyday parcel work.
A simpler review invitation — Share your experience from Settings. After submission, the invitation disappears for your shop. You can still edit or withdraw your review in Settings.
Parcel notes at a glance — A yellow note icon beside the parcel number shows when a note is saved. Tap it to read or edit the note in Parcels in Store, Search & Pickup or History.
Security, privacy and account improvements
ParcelDeck received several behind-the-scenes improvements to make daily use safer, smoother and more reliable.
Improved login, session and account security.
Added verified email signup and safer password recovery.
Staff invitations now require email verification, and invited users choose their own password.
Customer-name suggestions are smarter and can now be turned on or off in Settings.
Customer/barcode searches are more private, and CSV exports are safer.

Smart Scan Beta
Smart Scan is now being tested in selected parcel shops.
Staff can scan parcel labels with a phone or tablet to speed up recipient entry while remaining in control before the parcel is added.

Simpler courier and location settings
Compact management cards keep shop configuration separate from everyday parcel processing.
Manage couriers and locations from Settings. Open a row to edit it or remove an unused entry.
Set a shop default retention period or a custom period for each courier. Choose whether changes also recalculate active parcels.
Parcel entry now selects only configured couriers and locations. Active-parcel removal protections and historical records are preserved.
