You can access ParcelDeck in a browser on desktop or mobile. Your team uses the same shop workspace.

Can I bring existing records?

ParcelDeck supports CSV import and export. Check the import page for the required format before uploading your file.

Which languages does the app support?

The app interface currently supports English, Dutch and French. This product information is also available in German and Romanian.

How do I manage billing?

Open Subscription in ParcelDeck and choose Manage subscription to access Paddle’s billing portal.
